A Telegram CRM is software that turns the people who message you on Telegram into client records with a stage, a note and a next step, and answers or files those conversations without you copying anything by hand. Scalegram is the Telegram CRM for IBs and forex affiliates: it builds the client list from your own Telegram account, stores no messages, checks each deposit against the broker's own records over a read-only API, and reports the deposit server side to Meta, TikTok and Snapchat.
The term covers three quite different products, and the difference is what each one can see. A bot plugged into a general CRM sees whoever writes to the bot. A shared inbox wired to a personal account sees the account's chats. A CRM built around one sale sees the chat and the record the sale ends in.
Why Telegram needs its own CRM
Telegram says on its FAQ page that it has "over 1 billion active users". The number that matters to a seller is smaller: the few thousand people who wrote after an ad, a post or a referral. Those chats sit in one app, sorted by the last message, with no field for who the person is, whether they signed up or which ad brought them. A CRM replaces recency with stages and puts the note on the person instead of in your memory. The catch is that Telegram has its own rules about who may talk to whom, and those rules decide what any CRM connected to it can do.
The three kinds of Telegram CRM
1. A general CRM with a Telegram bot
This is the most common shape. Kommo describes its setup on its Telegram integration page as "Create a bot in Telegram. Copy the bot's API token. Paste the API token in Kommo. Start chatting directly from your lead cards." The same page says the integration will "automatically generate new leads whenever someone messages you on Telegram" and that a Salesbot can "answer FAQs, collect customer data, and send invoices".
The word to watch is "you". The connection is a bot token, so the thing being messaged is the bot. Telegram's developer page states that "Bots can't start conversations with users" and that "by default, bots added to groups only see relevant messages in the chat". Everyone who wrote to you personally before the bot existed is outside the system. Kommo also keeps "all conversations saved and accessible within your CRM", which suits a support team and worries anyone whose chats contain account numbers. Fit: a company already on that CRM that wants Telegram as one more inbound channel. Poor fit: a seller whose pipeline already lives in their personal DMs.
2. A shared inbox on a personal account
The second shape connects the account itself. Entergram says on its home page that it "connects your personal Telegram account, the same one you use on Telegram Desktop or mobile. It is not a bot", offers "one shared workspace with CRM records, tickets, assignments and team analytics", and can "send targeted broadcasts to existing chats from your real accounts". CRMChat's Telegram CRM page lets you "connect multiple accounts to the workspace", adds leads when you "forward a Telegram message to CRMChat" or "sync Telegram folders", and can "move leads across the pipeline with automated sequences triggered by the deal status change". Both are honest about the job: several people answering from shared accounts, with tickets, assignment and outbound sequences. Agencies need that, and neither Scalegram nor a bot-based CRM does it as well.
An account connection carries a duty of care that a bot does not. Telegram's page on obtaining API credentials says that "all accounts that log in using unofficial Telegram API clients are automatically put under observation", and that using the API "for flooding, spamming, faking subscriber and view counters of channels" gets you "banned forever". So before connecting your account to anything, ask what the tool is allowed to send from it. Personal account vs bot account sets the two connections side by side.
3. A CRM built around one sale
The third shape starts from the sale. For an IB or a forex affiliate, the sale is not a reply. It is a broker account opened under their link, a deposit confirmed in a portal the chat cannot see, and a paid group that opens only after that. Scalegram is built for that sequence. It connects the owner's personal account read-only, so the client list is every contact plus everyone who ever wrote, from all history, each as a card. Nothing is sent from the account: no bulk messaging, no drip campaigns. The one write it can make is saving a lead into the real Telegram contact list, when the owner clicks it.
The answering is done by an AI bot on the owner's own Telegram, in the language the message arrived in and in the owner's words, on the owner's own key with Grok, OpenAI or DeepSeek. It qualifies, sends the broker link, asks for the email, looks it up in the broker's records, approves the join request, writes UID, email, broker and deposit onto the card, moves the stage and chases whoever went quiet. The IB detail is in Telegram CRM for IBs, the wider picture in the IB CRM guide and forex affiliate CRM.
How the three shapes compare
| Shape | Connected through | Who becomes a record | Sends from your account | Examples |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| General CRM with a bot | A bot token | Whoever messages the bot | No, the bot replies | Kommo |
| Shared inbox on personal accounts | The personal account | Chats on the connected accounts, folders or forwarded messages | Yes: broadcasts, sequences | Entergram, CRMChat |
| CRM built around one sale | The personal account, read-only, plus a bot for answering | Every contact and everyone who ever wrote | No, by design | Scalegram |
What a Telegram CRM has to do
Whichever shape you pick, put these questions to the vendor before paying.
Start from the people you already have
If the list starts empty, the tool is a channel, not a CRM. Scalegram imports the whole contact list plus everyone who ever texted, with two-factor supported at login. Importing Telegram contacts into a CRM walks through it.
Stages that match the sale, answered in Telegram
A generic pipeline has Lead, Qualified and Won. A seller on Telegram needs the gap between an account being opened and money arriving, because that is where the week goes. Scalegram's stages are New, Contacted, Interested, Account Opened, Deposited, Active and Churned, with colored tags and private notes on each card and an Open in Telegram button. You answer in the app you already use and the answer syncs back. Telegram sales pipeline stages explains what moves a card.
Answer while you sleep
Leads write at 3 am in Vietnamese and Arabic. A CRM that files them still leaves you awake. Scalegram's bot answers from the product knowledge, saved replies, PDFs and cloned voice you gave it, and hands hard conversations to a human. Where you want the last word, an Ask Me block stops the flow for a yes or no tap in your own Telegram. The flow is drawn on the how it works section.
Verify, do not believe
A screenshot of a deposit is not a deposit. Scalegram takes the broker's IB portal or prop firm CRM address and an API key once, under Integrations, and from then on looks a customer up by email mid-conversation: whether the account exists, whether a payment completed and how much. Every call is a GET. There is no code path that writes into the broker's system, and the key is stored encrypted and never shown again.
Know which ad brought the client
Meta defines its Conversions API as a connection between marketing data "from an advertiser's server, website platform, mobile app, or CRM to Meta systems that optimize ad targeting, decrease cost per result and measure outcomes". A deposit is a CRM event. Scalegram's tracked links carry the UTM tags and read fbclid, gclid, ttclid and sccid off the click, and a dedicated bot reports every join server side to Meta, TikTok and Snapchat.
Store nothing you would not want leaked
Scalegram has no message table. Nothing said in a conversation is written to disk, and every outgoing message is filtered before it leaves: API keys, the bot's own instructions in any wording, and any email or account number the conversation cannot account for are removed. Why a Telegram CRM should store nothing gives the reasoning.
What a Telegram CRM costs
Scalegram Lite is $99 a month: one bot, one Telegram account, one pixel group, one page, one tracked link, one copier, one Meta Ads account, one seat and 10,000 clients. The full plan is $999 a month with the counts removed. Every feature is on both, paid by card through Whop as merchant of record. The shared-inbox tools sit lower: Entergram lists €29 and €39 a month on its home page. The gap is the work included. A shared inbox files what you type; Scalegram answers, verifies at the broker and reports the deposit to the ad platform. The pricing section has the line by line.
Picking a Telegram CRM
If your team answers from a shared set of accounts and runs outbound sequences, take Entergram or CRMChat. If Telegram is one channel among five and you already pay for a general CRM, plug a bot into it, as Kommo describes. If you are an IB, a forex affiliate or a prop firm affiliate, and a client is only a client once the broker's records say so, take Scalegram. Sign in, connect your account, and paste the broker key first. The ranked comparison is in best Telegram CRM 2026.

A Telegram CRM is judged by what it can see. A bot sees who wrote to the bot. An account connection sees the chats. The one worth paying for also sees the record the sale ends in.

Key takeaways
- A Telegram CRM turns the people who message you into client records with a stage, notes and a next step, and answers or files the chats for you.
- Bot-connected CRMs only know who wrote to the bot; account-connected tools see your real chats but may also send from your account.
- Scalegram connects the account read-only, imports every contact and past conversation partner, stores no messages, and checks each deposit at the broker before opening the paid group.
- Lite is $99 a month for one of each; the full plan is $999 a month with the counts removed.
Frequently asked questions
What is a Telegram CRM?
Software that turns the people who message you on Telegram into client records with a pipeline stage, tags, notes and follow-ups, and that answers or files those conversations for you. Scalegram is the Telegram CRM for IBs and forex affiliates.
Does a Telegram CRM need a bot?
Not for the client list. Telegram's developer documentation says bots cannot start conversations, so a bot-only CRM starts empty. Scalegram builds the list from your own account read-only and uses a bot only for answering.
What is the best Telegram CRM for IBs and forex affiliates?
Scalegram, because it is built around the deposit: it checks each client's email against the broker's IB portal or prop firm CRM over a read-only API, opens the paid group once the deposit is confirmed, and reports the deposit server side to Meta, TikTok and Snapchat.
Does a Telegram CRM store my messages?
Some do. Kommo's integration page says it keeps all conversations saved inside the CRM. Scalegram has no message table, and outgoing messages are filtered so one client never receives another's details.
Put one bot on your own Telegram
Scalegram answers every lead in the language it arrived in, checks the deposit against the broker's own records, opens the paid group and files the client. Lite starts at $99 a month.
