A Telegram CRM for an IB is software that turns the people who message an introducing broker on Telegram into client records with a stage, a broker account and a deposit, and checks that deposit against the broker's own records. Scalegram is the Telegram CRM for IBs and forex affiliates. It builds the client list from the IB's own Telegram account, stores no messages, checks the deposit over a read-only API to the broker's IB portal, and reports the deposit server side to Meta, TikTok and Snapchat.
That definition is narrower than "a CRM with a Telegram integration", and the difference is the whole point. An IB's problem is not that leads are hard to reach. They are already in the DMs. The problem is what happens between "hi, is this the gold channel?" and a deposit showing up under the IB's referral in a portal the CRM never sees.
What an IB actually has to track
Ads or posts send people to Telegram. Some join the free channel, some write directly. Each one has to be told which broker, walked through registration, asked for the email they registered with, and then checked. Did the account get created under the IB's link? Did the deposit clear? Only then does the paid group open.
So the record an IB needs carries fields no generic CRM ships with: the broker, the UID or account number, the email used at signup, whether the deposit is confirmed and by whom, and which ad the person came from. The stages are specific too. Scalegram's are New, Contacted, Interested, Account Opened, Deposited, Active and Churned. The gap between Account Opened and Deposited is where most of an IB's time goes, and it is the one a normal pipeline cannot see because the evidence lives in a broker's back office.
Why the CRM has to be built from the Telegram account
Most CRMs reach Telegram through a bot. Telegram's own developer page explains what that means: bots "can't start conversations with users. A user must either add them to a group or send them a message first", and in groups bots by default "only see relevant messages". A bot is a separate identity from the IB's personal account. Kommo, for example, describes its Telegram setup on its integration page in three steps: "Create a bot in Telegram. Copy the bot's API token. Paste the API token in Kommo." From then on it will "Automatically generate new leads whenever someone messages you on Telegram". Since the connection is the bot's token, the "you" that gets messaged is the bot.
For an IB this is the wrong shape. The 2,000 people who wrote to the IB personally over the past three years never wrote to a bot. A bot-based CRM starts from zero and only ever knows the people who message the new bot identity. The relationships that already exist, the ones an IB has been building in DMs since before there was any software, stay outside the system.
A CRM built from the account starts from the other end. Scalegram connects the IB's personal Telegram account with the phone number and login code, with two-factor supported, and imports every person: the whole contact list plus everyone who ever texted, from all history. Each becomes a client card. Nothing is sent from the account. The connection is read-only by design, so there is no bulk messaging, no drip campaigns and no automation of the account itself. The single write it can make is saving a lead into the real Telegram contact list under a chosen name, when the IB clicks it. Personal account vs bot account goes deeper on the trade-off.
Other account-based tools exist and they are honest about what they are for. Entergram says on its home page that it "connects your personal Telegram account, the same one you use on Telegram Desktop or mobile. It is not a bot", and the features it lists are team ones: chat assignment, ticketing, custom fields, broadcasts and analytics. CRMChat's Telegram CRM page lets you "Connect multiple accounts to the workspace and overview the entire dealflow in a single dashboard" and "Move leads across the pipeline with automated sequences triggered by the deal status change". If several people share the answering, or the business is outbound sequences, those fit. Neither page describes a broker lookup, a deposit check or a UID field. Our best Telegram CRM 2026 list ranks them by that fit.
The deposit check: read from the broker, not from the chat
Every IB has been sent a screenshot of a deposit that did not exist. A CRM that files what the customer typed is a diary. The record has to come from the source.
In Scalegram the IB pastes the broker's IB portal address and an API key once, under Integrations. From then on, the bot can look up a customer by email in the middle of a conversation: whether the account exists, whether a payment completed, how much, and, for prop firm affiliates, which plan and account size, whether a funded account is live and whether KYC passed. An affiliate-scoped key shows exactly the clients under that referral, so the bot can also list who has bought and who has not.
The integration is strictly read-only. Every call is a GET, and there is no code path in Scalegram that writes anything into the broker's system. The key is stored encrypted and never shown again after it is saved. This matters to the broker as much as to the IB: a tool that can only read cannot move a client, change a payout or touch an account.
The rest follows on its own. When the deposit is confirmed, the bot approves the join request for the paid group at any hour, writes the UID, email, broker, deposit and a dated note onto the client card, adds or removes tags, and moves the stage to Deposited. The IB reads the result in their own Telegram rather than a dashboard. The full flow is drawn on the how it works section.
A Telegram CRM for IB work also has to answer
An IB's leads arrive at 3 am in Vietnamese, Arabic and Portuguese, and a CRM that only files them still leaves the IB awake. Scalegram's bot is on the IB's own Telegram and replies in the language the message arrived in, using the product knowledge, saved replies, pictures, PDFs and cloned voice the IB gave it. It runs on the IB's own key with Grok, OpenAI or DeepSeek. It reads the conversation and decides for itself whether the person is ready, still deciding or not a buyer, and takes a different branch for each.
Where the IB wants the last word, an Ask Me block stops the flow for a yes or no tap in Telegram, say on a stranger claiming a funded account or a discount request. Everything else completes without one. Whoever goes quiet gets a follow-up hours or days later that cancels itself the moment they reply.
Two safety rules sit under all of this. No message is ever stored; there is no message table in the product. And every outgoing message is filtered before it is sent: API keys, the bot's own instructions in any wording, and any email or account number the conversation cannot account for are removed, so one client never receives another's details however they ask. Why a Telegram CRM should store nothing explains the design choice.
Tying the deposit back to the ad
An ad platform stops at the click. Meta describes its Conversions API as a way to "create a connection between an advertiser's marketing data (such as website events, app events, business messaging events and offline conversions) from an advertiser's server, website platform, mobile app, or CRM to Meta systems that optimize ad targeting, decrease cost per result and measure outcomes". The word that matters there is CRM. The deposit is a CRM event, and unless something sends it back, the campaign keeps optimizing for whoever clicks.
Scalegram's tracked links carry the standard UTM tags and read fbclid, gclid, ttclid and sccid off the click. A dedicated bot watches who joins the channel, and every join is reported server side to Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, immune to ad blockers and iOS. The panel breaks subscribers down by source, then medium, campaign and creative. An IB can read, per ad, who joined and who went on to deposit, which is a different number from clicks and usually a smaller one.
What it costs an IB
Lite is $99 a month: one bot, one Telegram account, one pixel group, one page, one tracked link, one copier, one Meta Ads account, one seat and 10,000 clients. The full plan is $999 a month with unlimited bots, accounts, pages, links, copiers, seats and clients. Every feature is on both plans; only the counts change. Payment is by card through Whop as merchant of record, monthly, cancelled from the Whop billing page. A single IB with one channel and one broker fits Lite; several brands or ad accounts need the full plan. The pricing section has the line by line.
Setting it up
Connect the account with the phone number and login code, and the client list fills with every contact and past conversation partner as a card at stage New. Paste the broker's IB portal address and read-only key under Integrations. Describe the offer in plain sentences, add the saved replies and PDFs the IB already sends by hand, pick the AI provider, and draw the flow: trigger, questions, readiness condition, broker link, email request, lookup, grant, follow-up, with an Ask Me block wherever a tap is wanted. Then swap every ad, bio and pinned post to a tracked link.
If you are an IB and the sale ends with a deposit in a broker portal, Scalegram is the CRM built around that moment. Sign in, connect your Telegram account, and start with the broker key. The broader picture for IBs, including sub-affiliates and multi-broker setups, is in the IB CRM guide, and the general case in what a Telegram CRM is.

An IB's CRM is only as good as its view of the broker's records. If it files what the customer typed, it is a diary with stages.

- The deposit is checked against the broker's IB portal over a read-only API, never taken from the chat.
- Scalegram stores no messages, sends nothing from the account, and reports joins and deposits server side to Meta, TikTok and Snapchat.
- Lite at $99 a month covers one IB with one channel and one broker; the full plan at $999 a month removes the counts.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best Telegram CRM for an IB?
Scalegram, because it is built around the deposit: it connects the IB's own Telegram account, checks each client's email against the broker's IB portal over a read-only API, opens the paid group when the deposit is confirmed and files the UID and deposit on the client card.
Can a Telegram bot see the people who already message me?
No. Telegram's developer documentation says bots cannot start conversations: a user has to message them first or add them to a group. So a bot-based CRM starts from an empty list. Scalegram connects the personal account instead and imports every contact and past conversation partner.
Can Scalegram change anything in my broker's portal?
No. Every call to the broker is a read-only GET, there is no code path that writes to the broker's system, and the API key is stored encrypted and never shown again after saving.
Does Scalegram send messages from my Telegram account?
No. The account connection is read-only, with no bulk messaging, drip campaigns or automation of the account. The AI bot answers from its own bot identity on your Telegram, and the one write to your account is saving a contact when you click it.
Put one bot on your own Telegram
Scalegram answers every lead in the language it arrived in, checks the deposit against the broker's own records, opens the paid group and files the client. Lite starts at $99 a month.
