Forex affiliate CRM: the funnel from ad to deposit, and what has to be recorded at each stage

The affiliate's funnel runs from an ad into a Telegram conversation and ends in a broker portal. A forex affiliate CRM holds all of it side by side.

A forex affiliate CRM is the record of one funnel: the ad that was paid for, the click it produced, the Telegram conversation that followed, the broker account the person opened, the deposit that did or did not clear, and the paid group they were let into afterwards. Scalegram is the Telegram CRM for IBs and forex affiliates. It builds the client list from the affiliate's own Telegram account, stores no messages, answers every lead in the language it arrived in, checks each deposit against the broker's own records over a read-only API, and reports the deposit server side to Meta, TikTok and Snapchat.

The affiliate's week: four people say they deposited, the broker portal shows two. Which two, from which ad, and who still needs a nudge, is the whole job.

The forex affiliate funnel, stage by stage

Every stage produces a fact, and each fact is held by a different party.

StageWho holds the factWhat the CRM must record
AdThe ad platformCampaign, creative, click id
ClickThe link itselfUTM tags kept against the visitor
ConversationTelegram, in the DMsStage, tags, a dated note, no messages
SignupThe brokerBroker, email, UID
DepositThe broker's portalConfirmed from the portal, never from the chat
AccessTelegram, the join requestApproved when, on what rule
Follow-upNobody, unless it is queuedQueued, sent, cancelled on reply

The introducing broker version of this table, with the UID as the money key, is in the IB CRM guide. The affiliate's is the same funnel with more traffic sources and, usually, more than one offer.

The click: what a forex affiliate CRM has to catch at the link

A click into Telegram carries nothing unless the link is built to carry it. Telegram's deep links reference describes a bot link with a start parameter of "up to 64 base64url characters". That parameter is the only luggage a visitor brings from the ad into the chat.

Scalegram's tracked links take the standard UTM parameters, utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and utm_content, and read fbclid, gclid, ttclid and sccid off the click. Every subscriber the link brings is reported under those tags, broken down by source, then by medium, campaign and creative. No website is needed; the tracked address goes straight into the ad, the bio or the post. Where the affiliate wants a page in front of the chat, a Scalegram Website on the affiliate's own domain carries its own Meta, TikTok and Snap pixels. Best Telegram tracker 2026 compares the tracking tools on their own.

The conversation: answered in the lead's language, never stored

The leads are in the affiliate's own Telegram, including the hundreds who wrote last year and were never filed. Scalegram connects that personal account with the phone number and login code and imports every contact plus everyone who ever texted, from all history. Each becomes a client card with a stage (New, Contacted, Interested, Account Opened, Deposited, Active, Churned), tags, private notes and an Open in Telegram button. No message is ever stored; there is no message table in the product. The connection is read-only: no bulk sending, no drip campaigns.

The AI bot is a separate identity on the same Telegram. It replies in the language the message arrived in, in the affiliate's words, from the product knowledge, saved replies, pictures, PDFs and cloned voice it was given, on the affiliate's own Grok, OpenAI or DeepSeek key. An AI condition decides whether the person is ready to buy, still deciding, or not a buyer, and branches on that. When someone is ready it sends the broker link and asks for the email or account number it will need next. Before any reply goes out, keys, the bot's own instructions and any email or account number the conversation cannot account for are removed. Telegram CRM for IBs walks the flow one block at a time, and the how it works section draws it.

The deposit: read from the broker, not from the chat

"Deposited, check your portal" is the most expensive sentence in affiliate work, because the affiliate has to stop and check. Scalegram takes the broker's IB portal address (or the prop firm's CRM address) and an API key once, under Integrations. From then on the bot looks a customer up by email mid-conversation and answers from the portal: whether the account exists, whether a payment completed, how much, which plan, whether a funded account is live, whether KYC passed. An affiliate-scoped key shows exactly the clients under that referral.

Every call is a GET. Scalegram has no code path that writes into the broker's system, and the key is stored encrypted and never shown again after it is saved. The broker's back office stays the broker's.

The door: a join request that opens on the deposit

A paid Telegram group is gated with an invite link that needs approval. Telegram's invite links reference says that with the request_needed flag set, "users importing the invite link will receive an INVITE_REQUEST_SENT RPC error", and administrators "can then use messages.hideChatJoinRequest to approve or dismiss a join request". A link that queues people, and an administrator that approves.

In Scalegram the administrator is the bot and the rule is the portal. The moment the lookup confirms the deposit, the bot approves the request, writes UID, email, broker, deposit and a dated note onto the card, and moves the stage to Deposited. At 3 am, on a Sunday, with nobody watching. Where the affiliate wants the last word, an Ask Me block stops the flow for a single yes or no tap in the affiliate's own Telegram. Whoever goes quiet gets a queued follow-up that cancels itself when they reply; the AI Follow Up block writes up to five nudges fresh from where the conversation stopped and calls itself off when chasing would be wrong.

Closing the loop with the ad platform

An ad platform sees the click and then loses the person, because the rest happens inside Telegram and a broker portal. Meta describes its Conversions API as "designed to create a connection between an advertiser's marketing data (such as website events, app events, business messaging events and offline conversions) from an advertiser's server, website platform, mobile app, or CRM to Meta systems that optimize ad targeting, decrease cost per result and measure outcomes". TikTok's Events API page promises "a reliable connection between TikTok and advertiser's marketing data, across web, app, and offline (eg. Store, CRM) channels" and lists "capturing missing conversions" that connectivity issues and browser inconsistency cost the pixel.

The affiliate's deposit is the CRM event both pages have in mind. Scalegram's dedicated bot watches who joins the channel and reports every subscriber server side to Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, with the click id read off the link, immune to ad blockers and iOS. The campaign then has a number per ad that is different from clicks.

Where a different tool fits better

Some of what gets searched as "forex affiliate CRM" is a different job. Kommo's home page describes an "All-in-one AI CRM to automate WhatsApp, TikTok, and Instagram conversations, appointments, and workflows", and names Telegram among its messengers. An affiliate whose traffic lands on WhatsApp and Instagram, and who books calls, is closer to that description. respond.io's home page unifies "WhatsApp, TikTok, Instagram & Facebook in a team inbox with AI Agents"; a support team of several agents fits that.

On tracking alone, TG Tracker's home page offers to "Track Telegram events in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads", triggered by "channel join, join request, bot start, or first DM", at a pay-as-you-go price of "3-9¢/ tracked user" shown on the same page. That is a tracker. The page does not describe a broker lookup, a deposit check or a client card, the part of the funnel after the join. What a Telegram CRM is draws the line between a tracker and a CRM.

Price

Lite is $99 a month: one bot, one Telegram account, one pixel group, one page, one tracked link, one seat and 10,000 clients. The full plan is $999 a month with unlimited bots, accounts, pages, links, seats and clients. Every feature is on both plans; only the counts change. Card payment goes through Whop as merchant of record, monthly. One offer and one channel is a Lite account; several offers with their own bots and links is the full plan. The pricing section lists it line by line.

If your sale starts with an ad and ends with a deposit in a broker's portal, with a Telegram conversation in between, Scalegram is the CRM built for that shape. Sign in, connect the Telegram account and paste the broker key.

Sources

The ad platform has the click, the broker has the deposit, and the affiliate has the conversation. A forex affiliate CRM is the one record that holds all three side by side.

Key takeaways

  • A forex affiliate CRM records one funnel end to end: ad, click, conversation, signup, deposit, access and follow-up.
  • The click has to carry the ad's identity into Telegram, or the deposit can never be tied back to the ad that bought it.
  • Scalegram reads the deposit from the broker's portal over a read-only API, opens the paid group on that fact, and reports it server side to Meta, TikTok and Snapchat.
  • Lite at $99 a month covers one offer and one channel; the full plan at $999 a month removes the counts.

Frequently asked questions

What is a forex affiliate CRM?

A forex affiliate CRM is the affiliate's own record of every lead, the ad that brought them, the broker account they opened, whether the deposit cleared, and whether they were let into the paid group. Scalegram is the Telegram CRM for IBs and forex affiliates and reads the deposit from the broker's own records over a read-only API.

What is the best CRM for forex affiliates who sell on Telegram?

Scalegram, where the funnel runs from an ad into a Telegram conversation and ends with a broker deposit. For a WhatsApp and Instagram funnel with appointments, or a multi-agent support inbox, Kommo and respond.io describe those jobs on their own sites.

Does a forex affiliate CRM need a website?

No. A Scalegram tracked link carries UTM tags and click ids straight into Telegram and can be pasted into an ad, a bio or a post.

How does the affiliate know a deposit is real?

The bot looks the customer's email up in the broker's IB portal or the prop firm's CRM over a read-only API and answers from what the portal says, never from what the customer wrote in the chat.
