Best Telegram CRM 2026: seven tools compared by the job they do

Outreach engine, team support desk, B2B deal tracker, omnichannel inbox or IB sales autopilot. The seven Telegram CRMs people search for in 2026, judged by fit, with every claim read on the vendor's own site.

Search "best Telegram CRM 2026" and you get seven tools that share a name and little else. One is a cold outreach machine. One is a support desk for agencies. One is a B2B sales CRM that syncs Telegram threads. Two are omnichannel inboxes where Telegram is a bot you plug in next to WhatsApp. One is an email platform with a chatbot builder. And one, ours, is built for a single job: an IB or forex affiliate whose leads arrive in Telegram and whose deposits sit in a broker's portal.

So this list ranks on fit, not stars. For each tool we read the vendor's own site this week and wrote down what it says it does, who it is for, and what it charges where a price is published. Where a rival does a job better than Scalegram, we say so.

1. Scalegram

Scalegram is the pick if you are an IB, a prop firm affiliate or a channel owner and the sale happens in Telegram DMs. It is the only tool on this list built to read a broker's records. The other six, on the pages we read, stop at "the lead replied".

The mechanism. You connect your personal Telegram account, and every contact plus everyone who ever wrote to you becomes a client card with a stage: New, Contacted, Interested, Account Opened, Deposited, Active, Churned. One AI bot on your own Telegram then takes the conversation. It answers in the language the message arrived in, in your words, from the product knowledge, saved replies, pictures and PDFs you gave it. It sends your broker link, asks for the email, and looks it up over a read-only API against your broker's IB portal or your prop firm CRM. If the deposit is there, it approves the join request for the paid group, writes the UID, broker and deposit onto the card and moves the stage forward. If someone goes quiet, a follow-up goes out later and cancels itself when they reply.

Two things separate it from everything below. No message is ever stored: there is no message table in the product. And the account connection is read-only. No bulk messaging, no drip campaigns, no automation of your account. That is the wrong tool for outreach and the right one when your account is the business. Why a Telegram CRM should store nothing has the reasoning.

Ad spend is tied to deposits, which none of the other six describe on the pages we read. Tracked links carry UTMs and click ids, a dedicated bot watches who joins the channel, and joins are reported server side to the ad platforms, so a campaign can be optimized on depositors rather than clickers. Lite is $99 a month with one of each thing and 10,000 clients; the full plan is $999 a month with unlimited everything, and every feature is on both. Details on the pricing section; the flow is drawn out on how it works.

2. CRMChat

CRMChat calls itself "Telegram CRM, Outreach & Lead Research" and says it is "Trusted by 500+ Web3, iGaming, Tech, and LeadGen companies". The product is a pipeline plus an outreach engine, and its own headline for the second part is "Telegram Outreach with Automated Sequences", running "personalized outreach campaigns across multiple Telegram accounts".

Its Telegram CRM page says you can "Connect multiple accounts to the workspace and overview the entire dealflow in a single dashboard", "Create custom stages and smart filters", and "Move leads across the pipeline with automated sequences triggered by the deal status change". There is a one week free trial.

This is the strongest tool here for cold outreach. If your business is finding prospects in groups and messaging them first, CRMChat is built for that and Scalegram is not. If leads come to you from ads and a channel, the sequence engine is a feature you will not use. We could not read a published price on its pricing page this week, so we quote none. A head to head is coming in Scalegram vs CRMChat.

3. Entergram

Entergram is a "Telegram CRM & Support Platform". Its own description is the clearest on the list: connect the personal Telegram accounts customers already message, then manage those chats in one shared workspace with CRM records, tickets, assignments and team analytics, "without replacing the conversation with a bot". It says "300+ Telegram-first teams" use it, and it lists ticketing with SLA tracking, response-time analytics, broadcasts to existing chats, and a Telegram MCP for AI tools.

Pricing is published in euros on its pricing page: Basic at €29 a month with 5 Telegram accounts included and €5 a month per extra, Pro at €39 a month adding analytics, API and MCP and ticketing, and an Enterprise tier with a minimum of 50 seats and self hosting.

If several people answer the same accounts, Entergram fits better than Scalegram. It is a human team tool. Scalegram is the opposite bet: one bot does the answering, and the owner taps yes or no only at the checkpoints they chose.

4. Breakcold

Breakcold describes itself as "The AI Native CRM for modern salespeople and AI agents". Its Telegram CRM page puts it as "The CRM for Telegram. Sell on Telegram without opening it." Telegram DMs, group chats and channel conversations sync on their own and land on the right record; you reply from Breakcold and the prospect sees it in Telegram. It says it is "Built for crypto, Web3 and global teams", with Telegram next to email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, meetings and calls in one inbox.

Its pricing page shows one plan at $99 a month with a 14 day free trial, and its Telegram page says extra seats and extra Telegram accounts are $10 a month each.

A good pick for a founder or agency selling to companies where Telegram is one of five channels. The deal record is the center of the product. For an IB the center is the deposit, and nothing on Breakcold's Telegram page mentions one.

5. Kommo

Kommo is an "AI CRM for sales & messaging automation" that automates messenger conversations, appointments and workflows, and its home page lists WhatsApp and Instagram among the channels. The Telegram integration page spells out the setup: "Create a bot in Telegram. Copy the bot's API token. Paste the API token in Kommo." From there it will "Automatically generate new leads whenever someone messages you on Telegram", let you "Reply to Telegram messages directly inside Kommo's lead card", and "Deploy Salesbot to answer FAQs, collect customer data, and send invoices". The integration is on all plans, including the trial.

On its pricing page Kommo lists Base at $25 per user a month, Advanced at $35 and Pro at $45, billed for a minimum of six months, plus a custom Enterprise tier.

The catch for a Telegram seller is in that setup line. Kommo's setup starts with a bot token, and a Telegram bot is a separate identity from your personal account. Whoever already wrote to you personally has to write again, to the bot, before Kommo has a lead. That is the biggest difference between Kommo and a CRM built from the account, and we wrote it up in personal account vs bot account.

6. respond.io

respond.io calls itself the "#1 AI-Powered Customer Conversation Platform" and says "10,000+ B2C businesses" use it. It is a team inbox with AI Agents, lead management, broadcasts and reporting. Telegram connects through a Telegram Bot, and its Telegram page lists the jobs: "Handling inbound conversations - welcome customers, let them know if you're away or send them to the right agent or department", support tickets, marketing and transactional notifications.

Its pricing page shows Starter at $79 a month, Growth at $159 a month, where Broadcasts, Workflows automation and AI Agents begin, Advanced at $279 a month, and a custom Enterprise tier.

The right choice for a retail or services business with a support team and several channels. It is a heavy tool for a one person IB, and like Kommo it works through a bot rather than your account.

7. SendPulse

SendPulse is a "Multi-Channel Marketing Automation Platform": email, chatbots, a CRM, a landing page builder, web push and SMS under one login, with a free plan that includes three chatbots and a built-in CRM. Its Telegram chatbot page describes a "no-code Telegram chatbot builder": you create a bot with BotFather, copy the token and add it to your SendPulse account. The free tier allows 500 subscribers and a ceiling of 10,000 messages a month, and paid chatbot plans begin at "$9.85 per month" per that page.

For the price it is a lot of tooling, and if you already send email newsletters it keeps everything in one place. What it is not is a CRM of your Telegram account: its Telegram page describes neither a broker lookup nor a client list built from your contacts.

Picking the best Telegram CRM for 2026

Ask one question first: does the sale end when someone replies, or when money lands somewhere else? If a reply is the goal and you send first, CRMChat. If several humans share the answering, Entergram. If Telegram is one channel in a B2B deal, Breakcold. If you already live in a multi-messenger inbox, Kommo or respond.io. If you want email and chatbots from one vendor on a small budget, SendPulse.

If you are an IB or affiliate and the sale ends with a deposit in a broker portal, Scalegram is the one built around that moment. It verifies the deposit against the broker's own records instead of trusting the chat, opens the group, files the client and ties the whole thing back to the ad that started it. Start with why an IB needs a CRM built from the Telegram account, then sign in and connect yours.

Every CRM on this list can tell you a lead replied. Only one can tell you the deposit is real, because only one reads the broker's records instead of the chat.

Key takeaways

  • The seven tools split by job: outreach, team support, B2B deals, omnichannel inbox, marketing suite, and, in Scalegram's case, closing a broker or prop firm sale inside Telegram.
  • Kommo, respond.io and SendPulse connect through a bot you create; Scalegram, Entergram, CRMChat and Breakcold work from Telegram accounts.
  • Scalegram is the only one that verifies a deposit against the broker's records over a read-only API and ties it back to the ad that brought the click.
  • Scalegram stores no messages and its account connection is read-only: no bulk messaging, no drip campaigns.

Frequently asked questions

What is a Telegram CRM?

Software that turns the people who message you on Telegram into records with a stage, tags and notes. Some work from a bot, some from your own account, and that decides which conversations they can see.

Which Telegram CRM is best for a forex IB or affiliate?

Scalegram, because it is built around the deposit: the bot asks for the client's email, checks it against the broker's IB portal or the prop firm CRM over a read-only API, opens the paid group and files the client.

Does Scalegram send outreach or bulk messages?

No. The personal-account connection is read-only by design, with no bulk messaging, drip campaigns or automation of your account. The bot answers people who write to it or join through your links. If cold outreach is the business, CRMChat is built for that.

How much does Scalegram cost?

Lite is $99 a month with one bot, one Telegram account, one page, one tracked link, one seat and 10,000 clients. The full plan is $999 a month with unlimited bots, accounts, pages, links, seats and clients. Every feature is on both plans.

Put one bot on your own Telegram

Scalegram answers every lead in the language it arrived in, checks the deposit against the broker's own records, opens the paid group and files the client. Lite starts at $99 a month.
