04 Refund Policy
All sales final
All fees for Scalegram are final and non-refundable. This includes subscription fees for any billing period, setup or onboarding fees where charged, and any add-ons. It applies to repeat payments as well as first payments, and whether the workspace was used a lot, a little, or not at all.
The reasons are practical: Scalegram is a digital service that is activated and delivered in full the moment your subscription period begins. Hosting, sync capacity and support are provisioned for you immediately. For the same reason:
- No partial-period refunds. Stopping mid-period simply means no further payment; it does not refund the period already bought.
- No refunds for downgrades. A downgrade takes effect with the next payment.
- No refunds for unused capacity, such as empty seats or unconnected accounts.
- No refunds on termination for breach under Section 3.6.
Immediate performance and withdrawal rights
By subscribing you expressly request that the service begins immediately, and you acknowledge that, to the extent any statutory withdrawal or cooling-off right would otherwise apply, that right is lost once performance has begun. Scalegram is in any event sold to businesses and to individuals acting for commercial purposes, to whom consumer withdrawal rights do not generally apply.
How to stop paying
Cancel at any time from your Whop receipt or billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal and access runs to the end of the period you have paid for, then lapses. Payment details are held by Whop as merchant of record, not by us. If you would like your workspace closed and its data deleted before then, write to us and we will do it.
Payments are taken by card through Whop, who are merchant of record for those sales. Where a refund is owed under this policy or under law, we arrange it ourselves: write to us and we will sort it out.
What we will always fix
Billing errors on our side, such as a payment taken twice for the same period, are corrected and refunded in full once verified. And nothing in this policy limits any right you hold under mandatory law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Disputes
Raising a dispute with the payment processor instead of contacting us first is treated as a material breach: the workspace may be suspended while the dispute is open, and we may recover costs where the dispute is found to be unjustified. Write to us first. Genuine errors are fixed quickly.
