"Forex CRM" means two different products, sold to two different buyers, and most of the pages that rank for it only describe one. A broker's forex CRM is the back office behind the brand: client accounts, deposits, KYC, partner commissions. An IB's forex CRM is the record of the leads that IB brought in, the conversations that closed them, and whether each deposit really landed under the IB's referral. Scalegram is the Telegram CRM for IBs and forex affiliates. It builds the client list from the IB's own Telegram account, stores no messages, checks each deposit against the broker's own records over a read-only API, and reports the deposit server side to Meta, TikTok and Snapchat.
If you run a brokerage, the first kind is what you are shopping for. If you are the partner who sends the brokerage its clients, the first kind is something you log into, and the second kind is what you are missing.
Forex CRM for a broker: what the vendors sell
The broker-side products describe themselves the same way, and it is worth reading the words. FXBackOffice calls its product on its home page "a fully automated and highly customizable back-office solution tailored exclusively for forex brokers", made up of a Back Office, a Client Area, a Partner Area, a mobile app and a prop trading CRM, with "support for multi-level partnership programs". Syntellicore's forex CRM page is headed "Integrated CRM & Dashboard Solution for Forex Brokers" and lists "multi-tier structures with real-time commission calculation and payouts" for partners, and "deposits, payouts, desks, brands and jurisdictions on one operational record" for the back office. B2Broker's B2Core page describes a "back-office management system for Forex broker, Crypto broker, Crypto exchange, Crypto wallet and OTC brokerages" with an "infinity level referral program" and partner payouts "in crypto or fiat on any schedule".
Three vendors, one shape. The buyer is the brokerage. The client record is the trading account. The IB appears as a partner tier with a commission rule attached, and the partner area is the window the broker gives that partner, which FXBackOffice describes as a place for IBs to "attract customers, launch campaigns, and track stats". That window is useful. It is also owned by the broker and limited to what the broker chose to expose.
What the partner area cannot see
An IB working Telegram has facts the broker's CRM never receives. The ad that produced the click. The DM thread where the person asked four questions and went quiet. The three people who said "done" this week when the portal shows one.
None of that reaches a partner area, because the partner area starts at the broker's signup form, and the IB's business happens before the form. So the IB ends up with a spreadsheet and a habit of scrolling back through chats to work out who was promised what. That is the gap an IB CRM fills, and the IB CRM guide lists field by field what it has to hold.
The two forex CRMs side by side
| Broker forex CRM | IB forex CRM on Telegram | |
|---|---|---|
| Bought by | The brokerage | The IB, affiliate or channel owner |
| Core record | The trading account | The person in the DMs, from first message to deposit |
| Sees the ad click | No, it starts at the signup form | Yes, from the tracked link's UTM tags and click id |
| Sees the conversation | No | Stage, tags and dated notes; Scalegram stores no messages |
| Confirms the deposit | It is the source of truth | Reads the broker's portal over a read-only API |
| Opens the paid group | Not its job | Approves the join request once the deposit is confirmed |
| Pays commissions | Yes, by its partner rules | No |
| Reports deposits to ad platforms | Only if the broker built that | Server side to Meta, TikTok and Snapchat |
The two are complementary. The broker's CRM stays the source of truth for money and the IB's CRM reads from it, so the ledger's answer is filed next to the conversation that produced it.
Why a generic sales CRM is not the IB's answer either
The obvious shortcut is a normal sales CRM with a Telegram integration, and it is worth being exact about what those connect. Kommo's Telegram integration page gives the setup as "Create a bot in Telegram. Copy the bot's API token. Paste the API token in Kommo. Start chatting directly from your lead cards." That is a bot inbox. People who wrote to the IB personally over the last three years never wrote to a bot, so they never become leads. CRMChat's Telegram CRM page says it "brings complete deal management workflows into Telegram, where your prospects already are" and offers to "move leads across the pipeline with automated sequences triggered by the deal status change". For a team running outbound sequences in Telegram that is the right shape. Neither page mentions a broker lookup, a deposit check or a UID field, and an IB's pipeline turns on exactly those.
What a Telegram CRM is goes through the general case; the rest of this page is the IB's.
How the IB side works in Scalegram
The list comes from the IB's own account
Scalegram connects the IB's personal Telegram with the phone number and login code, two-factor supported, and imports every contact plus everyone who ever texted, from all history. Each becomes a client card with a stage (New, Contacted, Interested, Account Opened, Deposited, Active, Churned), colored tags, private notes and an Open in Telegram button. No message is ever stored; there is no message table in the product. The connection is read-only by design: no bulk sending, no drip campaigns. The single write it can make is saving a lead into the real Telegram contact list, when the IB clicks it.
The deposit is read from the broker, never from the chat
Under Integrations, the IB pastes the broker's IB portal address (or the prop firm's CRM address) and an API key, once. From then on the bot can look a customer up by email in the middle of a conversation: whether the account exists, whether a payment completed, how much, which plan and account size, whether a funded account is live, and whether KYC passed. An affiliate-scoped key shows exactly the clients under that referral. Every call is a GET, Scalegram has no code path that writes into the broker's system, and the key is stored encrypted and never shown again after it is saved. This is the point where the broker's forex CRM and the IB's forex CRM meet: the broker's record answers, the IB's record files the answer.
The door opens on the portal's word
Telegram's Bot API delivers a chat_join_request update when "a request to join the chat has been sent", and notes that "the bot must have the can_invite_users administrator right in the chat to receive these updates". Scalegram's bot holds that one right on the paid group. When the portal confirms the deposit, the bot approves the request, writes UID, email, broker, deposit and a dated note onto the card, and moves the stage to Deposited. Where the IB wants the last word, an Ask Me block stops the flow for a yes or no tap in the IB's own Telegram. The how it works section draws the flow end to end.
The bot answers first, in the lead's language
One AI bot on the IB's own Telegram answers every message in the language it arrived in, in the IB's words, on the IB's own Grok, OpenAI or DeepSeek key. It decides for itself who is ready, sends the broker link, asks for the email or account number when it needs one, and chases whoever went quiet with follow-ups that cancel themselves the moment the person replies. Every outgoing message is checked before it is sent, and any email or account number the conversation cannot account for is removed. Telegram CRM for IBs walks through a full conversation.
The deposit goes back to the ad
Scalegram's tracked links carry the standard UTM tags and read fbclid, gclid, ttclid and sccid off the click. A dedicated bot watches who joins the channel and reports each join server side to Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, immune to ad blockers and iOS. The result is a number per ad that no partner area gives the IB: who joined from it, and who went on to deposit. The forex affiliate CRM guide follows one funnel through every stage.
Which forex CRM do you need?
You run the brokerage, hold client funds, pay partners and answer to a regulator: you need a broker forex CRM, and the vendors above are built for you. Scalegram is not, and it never pays a commission or holds an account.
You send a brokerage its clients from a Telegram channel or a set of Meta ads, and your commission depends on deposits you first had to confirm: the broker's CRM is something you log into, and Scalegram is the CRM you run. Lite is $99 a month for one bot, one Telegram account, one tracked link, one seat and 10,000 clients. The full plan is $999 a month with unlimited bots, accounts, links, seats and clients. Every feature is on both plans; only the counts change. Card payment goes through Whop as merchant of record. The pricing section has the line by line.
Either way, keep the broker's portal as the ledger and let Scalegram read it. Scalegram sends no signals, gives no trading advice and promises no results.

The broker's forex CRM starts at the signup form. Everything an IB does happens before it. Keep the broker's ledger as the truth and run your own record of the conversation next to it.
— The Scalegram Team
Key takeaways
- "Forex CRM" covers two products: the broker's back office and the IB's own record of leads and deposits.
- A partner area shows commissions and referrals after signup; it never sees the ad click or the Telegram conversation.
- Scalegram builds the IB's list from the IB's own Telegram, stores no messages, and reads each deposit from the broker's portal over a read-only API.
- Lite is $99 a month for one of everything; the full plan is $999 a month with no counts.
Frequently asked questions
What is a forex CRM?
For a broker, a forex CRM is the back office that holds client accounts, deposits, KYC and partner commissions. For an IB or affiliate, a forex CRM is the record of the leads they brought in, the conversations, and whether each deposit cleared under their referral. Scalegram is the Telegram CRM for IBs and forex affiliates.
Does an IB need a forex CRM if the broker already has one?
Yes, because the broker's CRM begins at the signup form and the IB's work happens before it. The IB needs the ad, the conversation and the deposit filed on one card, which no partner area provides.
Can Scalegram replace a broker's CRM?
No. Scalegram never holds accounts or pays commissions. It reads the broker's IB portal over a read-only API and files the answer next to the Telegram conversation.
Does Scalegram write anything into the broker's system?
No. Every call is a GET, there is no code path that writes to the broker, and the API key is stored encrypted and never shown again after it is saved.
Which Scalegram plan fits one IB with one broker?
Lite at $99 a month, with one bot, one Telegram account, one tracked link, one seat and 10,000 clients. Several brokers or sub-affiliates with their own links is the $999 a month full plan.
Put one bot on your own Telegram
Scalegram answers every lead in the language it arrived in, checks the deposit against the broker's own records, opens the paid group and files the client. Lite starts at $99 a month.
