The right InviteMember alternative depends on who pays you. InviteMember, per its home page, does "payments and membership management for subscription businesses": the member pays you, gets into the channel, and is removed when the subscription ends. Scalegram is the Telegram CRM for IBs and forex affiliates, where the member pays nothing to you at all. They open an account with your broker or buy a prop firm challenge through your link, and the group is the reward. Scalegram's AI bot answers the lead, checks the deposit against the broker's own records over a read-only API, and only then approves the join request. If you sell a monthly subscription to a channel, stay with InviteMember. If your group is free for verified clients of your broker, Scalegram is the tool built for that door.
What InviteMember sells
InviteMember is a paywall for Telegram. Its pricing page describes it as "a SaaS (software-as-a-service) product for membership management" that "connects together Telegram API and various payment gateway APIs" and "makes your membership business fully automated". You get a membership bot and a membership page "hosted on the iconic im.page domain", as the home page puts it.
The mechanics are documented in its help article on how the Telegram integration works. Inside the bot a client can view plans, make one-time payments, start and manage recurring subscriptions, activate access codes and check their subscription status. Each customer "receives a unique join request link, which InviteMember monitors in real-time", and if someone else tries to use it, the link "will be revoked, and the unauthorized user will be removed immediately". The same page says that since October 24, 2024 the product uses join request links that it "automatically approves or declines".
Removal is the other half. The help article lists when a user is taken out of a channel or group: the subscription or free trial has ended, or a recurring subscription has been canceled. It adds that "the system checks all users, including those who have not made payments", so a private group connected to InviteMember holds payers, whitelisted users and admins.
Payment choice is wide. The payment options page lists card gateways, Skrill, Razorpay for businesses in India, Paystack for merchants in Africa, CoinPayments for crypto and Telegram Stars. Around the paywall the home page lists a built-in affiliate program with referral links and commissions, broadcasts to segments of the bot audience, UTM-link attribution, Google Analytics on the membership page, custom signup fields, renewal reminders, translations into "15+ languages", CSV export and Discord roles sold from the same account.
What Scalegram does instead
Scalegram takes no payment from your members, because in the IB model there is none. The money moves between the client and the broker. What you need is proof that it moved.
So the work starts with the conversation. One AI bot on your own Telegram answers every message in the language it arrived in, using the product knowledge, saved replies, pictures, PDFs and cloned voice you gave it, on your own Grok, OpenAI or DeepSeek key. An AI condition reads the chat and decides whether this person is ready, still deciding, or not a buyer. When they are ready, the bot sends your broker link, walks them through signing up and asks for the email or account number. The guide to an AI bot that answers Telegram leads shows that part in detail.
Then it checks. Under Integrations you paste your broker's IB portal or prop firm CRM address and an API key, once. Mid-conversation the bot looks the email up in those records: whether the account exists, whether a payment completed, how much, which plan and account size, whether a funded account is live, whether KYC passed. Every call is a GET, and Scalegram has no code path that writes into the broker's system. How to verify a broker deposit automatically walks through the exchange.
When the records say yes, the bot approves the person's request to join the paid group or channel, at any hour. It writes UID, email, broker, deposit and a dated note onto the client card and moves the stage to Deposited. Whoever went quiet gets a follow-up written from where the conversation stopped. If the click came from an ad, the deposit is reported server side to Meta, TikTok and Snapchat with the click id from the tracked link. The how it works section draws the whole flow.

Where InviteMember is the better fit
You charge for the channel itself. A course, a paid newsletter, a community with a monthly fee, a coaching group. The member's card is the proof, the renewal date is the rule, and the thing you dread is a lapsed payer still reading the chat in month three. InviteMember's documentation covers that job end to end: recurring subscriptions, free trials with or without a card, renewal reminders before a subscription ends, removal when the subscription stops, and revoked links so a removed user cannot walk back in without paying.
It also handles the awkward cases. The access codes article describes codes for offline payments, gifts and promotions, valid from one day to lifetime, with activation limits, expiry dates and bulk generation of "up to 500 at once" as a CSV. A built-in affiliate program pays your own referrers. Discord roles sell from the same account.
Scalegram does none of this. It does not charge your members, does not run subscriptions and has no affiliate payout module. If the fee is your product, InviteMember is the right purchase and Scalegram is not an alternative to it.
Where Scalegram is the better InviteMember alternative
You are an IB, a forex affiliate or a prop firm affiliate. Your "VIP group" costs nothing. The rule is that a member must have a funded account or a purchased challenge under your referral. You can run this on a paywall tool by checking the broker portal by hand and then issuing an access code. InviteMember's own article describes that workflow for manual payments: accept it yourself, create a code, send it to the customer.
The manual step is the whole job
With a paywall, the proof arrives by itself because the gateway tells the bot a payment cleared. With a broker deposit, no gateway tells anyone anything. Somebody opens the IB portal, searches the email, reads the status and goes back to the chat. On a busy day, in several languages, that person is you. Scalegram does the lookup inside the conversation and answers from the records. With an affiliate-scoped key it can also list who under your referral has bought and who has not. The Telegram CRM for IBs guide covers the daily routine around it.
The lead is answered before the door matters
A membership bot shows plans and takes payments. An IB lead asks which broker, which account type, whether the link still works and what happens after they register. Scalegram's bot holds that conversation in your words, hands hard cases to you and mutes itself, and stops for a yes or no tap in your Telegram wherever you placed an Ask Me block.
Telegram's side of the door is the same
Both products rely on the same Telegram feature. The Bot API sends a chat_join_request update when "A request to join the chat has been sent", and approveChatJoinRequest needs a bot that is an administrator with "the can_invite_users administrator right". The difference is the condition before the approval: a cleared payment in one product, a confirmed broker record in the other.
Pricing, as read today
InviteMember's pricing page scales with what you sell. The full table starts with Influencer at $19.00 a month for sales up to $500 a month, then Leader at $39.00 for up to $1,000, Visionary at $79.00 for up to $2,000 and Innovator at $149.00 for up to $5,000, and runs to Legend at $1499.00 a month with unlimited sales. Annual billing is advertised as "2 months free", and the plan cards carry a "Start free trial" button. The affiliate program and removal of InviteMember branding begin at Innovator. The home page promises "No transaction fees" and "just one flat monthly price".
Scalegram has two plans. Lite is $99 a month with one of each item and 10,000 clients. The full plan is $999 a month with unlimited counts. Every feature is on both plans. Card payment runs through Whop as merchant of record. The pricing section lists each line.
The two price lists measure different things. InviteMember's grows with the subscription revenue passing through it. Scalegram's is flat because no member revenue passes through it.
Which one to pick
Pick InviteMember if members pay you for access. Its pages describe recurring billing, trials, reminders and automatic removal, and that is exactly the list a subscription channel needs.
Pick Scalegram if access is earned by a deposit with your broker or a purchase at your prop firm. Scalegram is the Telegram CRM for IBs and forex affiliates: it answers in the lead's language, checks the deposit against the broker's own records read-only, stores no messages, and reports deposits to Meta, TikTok and Snapchat server side. The best Telegram CRM list for 2026 places Scalegram against the other tools in the category. Scalegram sends no signals, gives no trading advice and promises no results.

A paywall opens when a card clears. An IB's group should open when the broker's records say the account is funded. Those are two different checks, and each tool does one of them.

Key takeaways
- InviteMember sells paid access to Telegram channels and groups: a membership bot and page, recurring subscriptions, trials, access codes, and automatic removal when a subscription ends.
- Scalegram collects no money from members. Its AI bot answers the lead, checks the deposit against the broker's or prop firm's records over a read-only API, then approves the join request and files the client.
- InviteMember prices by monthly sales volume; Scalegram is a flat $99 or $999 a month with every feature on both plans.
- If members pay you, use InviteMember. If access depends on a deposit with your broker, Scalegram replaces the manual portal check.
Frequently asked questions
Is Scalegram an InviteMember alternative?
Only for one case: a group whose entry condition is a deposit with your broker or a purchase at your prop firm. Scalegram verifies that in the broker's own records and approves the join request. It does not charge members or run subscriptions, so for a paid channel InviteMember remains the right tool.
Can InviteMember verify a broker deposit?
Its pages, read on 20 September 2026, describe payments through its listed gateways and access codes for payments you accept yourself. They do not describe reading a broker's IB portal. With InviteMember that check stays manual: you confirm the deposit, then issue a code.
Does Scalegram remove members when they stop paying?
No. There is no subscription inside Scalegram to expire. It approves the join request once the person qualifies, records the deposit on the client card and moves the stage. A client who goes inactive can be moved to Churned and tagged.
What does InviteMember cost compared with Scalegram?
InviteMember's pricing page lists tiers by sales volume, from $19.00 a month for up to $500 in monthly sales to $1499.00 a month for unlimited sales. Scalegram is $99 a month for Lite or $999 a month for the full plan, regardless of volume.
Can I use InviteMember and Scalegram together?
Yes. They use separate bots and guard separate groups. InviteMember can sell a paid course or channel while Scalegram answers broker leads, verifies deposits and opens the client group.
Put one bot on your own Telegram
