Forex IB software in 2026: the stack an introducing broker actually runs

An IB needs software for what the broker cannot see: the ad, the conversation, the record and the follow-up, plus read access to the broker's portal.

Forex IB software is the set of tools an introducing broker runs on its own side of the business: something that answers leads, something that records them, something that ties each deposit to the ad that paid for it, and the broker's IB portal, which the IB reads but does not control. Most IBs who sell through a Telegram channel need three pieces of their own and one view into the broker. Scalegram is the Telegram CRM for IBs and forex affiliates, and it covers the three: an AI bot that answers in the lead's language, a client list built from the IB's own Telegram that stores no messages, and ad tracking that reports deposits to Meta, TikTok and Snapchat server side, with every deposit checked against the broker's own records read-only.

The question usually comes up in a bad week. A campaign spent its budget, forty people wrote in, and by Friday nobody can say who deposited or which ad brought them.

What forex IB software has to do

With every lead, an IB gets the person into the channel or the DMs, answers fast in their language, sends the broker link, confirms the deposit, grants whatever was promised (usually a VIP group) and keeps a record for the follow-up.

The broker's side of the business sees only the middle of that: an account opened under the IB's referral, and later a deposit. It never sees the ad, the conversation or the follow-up. So the IB's software has to hold everything the broker cannot see, and read the one thing only the broker knows. We wrote about that split in more detail in broker CRMs versus the CRM an IB runs.

1. A view into the broker's records

The IB portal is the only place a deposit is a fact. A screenshot of a funded account might show an account opened under somebody else's referral.

Scalegram takes a different route. Under Integrations you paste your broker's IB portal or prop firm CRM address and an API key once. From then on, when the bot has asked a lead for the email they signed up with, it looks that email up in the broker's records mid-conversation and answers from what it finds: whether the account exists, whether a payment completed and how much. Every call is a read. Scalegram has no code path that writes anything into the broker's system, and the key is stored encrypted and never shown again. The full walk-through is in how to verify a broker deposit automatically.

2. Something that answers every lead

Scalegram's bot replies in the language each message arrived in, using the product knowledge, saved replies, pictures, PDFs and cloned voice the owner gave it. An AI condition reads the conversation and decides whether the person is ready, still deciding or not a buyer, and each branch gets a different path. When someone is ready, it sends the broker link, asks for the email or account number, checks it against the portal and approves the request to join the paid group. If they go quiet, a follow-up goes back hours or days later and cancels itself the moment they reply.

Telegram itself supports this kind of setup. Its Bot API lets a bot create an invite link where people joining "will need approval from chat administrators", and an admin bot can then approve or decline each join request. That is the mechanism that keeps a VIP group closed until the deposit is real. Telegram Business also lets business users connect bots "that will process and answer messages on their behalf", which is how a bot can answer on an account rather than only under its own name.

The owner keeps the last word wherever they want it. An Ask Me block stops the flow at a chosen moment, a payout or a discount for example, and waits for one yes or no tap in the owner's Telegram.

3. A CRM built where the leads already are

An IB's clients live in Telegram, so a CRM that starts empty and waits for manual entry is out of date by lunchtime. Scalegram connects the IB's personal Telegram account (phone and code, 2FA supported) and turns the whole contact list plus everyone who ever wrote into client cards. Each card carries a stage (New, Contacted, Interested, Account Opened, Deposited, Active, Churned), colored tags, private notes and an Open in Telegram button. The bot moves the stage forward on its own and writes UID, email, broker and deposit onto the card.

The connection is read-only. No message is ever stored, because there is no message table in the product. There is no bulk sending and no drip campaign from the personal account. The only write is saving a lead into your Telegram contact list when you click it.

4. Tracking that reaches the deposit

Ad platforms see the click. They do not see the join, the DM or the deposit unless someone tells them. Meta describes its Conversions API as a way to connect an advertiser's marketing data "from an advertiser's server, website platform, mobile app, or CRM" to Meta systems, and says the events can be used to "optimize ad targeting, decrease cost per result and measure outcomes."

Scalegram does the reporting. Tracked links carry the standard UTM tags (source, medium, campaign, content, term) and read fbclid, gclid, ttclid and sccid, so a conversion still reaches the ad platform with a click id to match on. A dedicated bot watches who joins the channel, and every subscriber is reported server side to Meta, TikTok and Snapchat. Because the deposit lands on the same client card as the click, the IB can see which campaign and which creative brought depositors rather than clickers. A Scalegram Pixel runs on any number of sites, and Websites, the landing pages Scalegram hosts on your own domain for a channel, track every visit and join. More on the mechanics in Meta ads to Telegram conversion tracking.

Buying four tools or one

An IB can assemble this stack from separate products, and for some it is the right call. A team that already has an outreach tool it likes, or that sells paid channel subscriptions instead of broker referrals, may only need one missing piece. If what you sell is a paid subscription to a channel, a subscription billing tool is a better fit than an IB tool.

The case for one product is the handoff problem. When the bot that answers, the CRM that records, the check against the broker and the tracker that reports all share one client card, the stage moves when the deposit is confirmed, the VIP group opens at the same moment, and the conversion reaches the ad platform tied to the click that started it.

Scalegram Lite is $99 a month with one of each and 10,000 clients; the full Scalegram plan is $999 a month with unlimited counts. Every feature is on both. See pricing for the full list.

What forex IB software should not do

A few things to rule out when you compare tools. Software that mass-messages strangers from your personal account puts that account at risk. Software that stores every conversation on someone else's server is a liability you did not need. Software that writes into the broker's system, rather than reading from it, is asking for access no IB tool should need.

No software should promise results either. Scalegram sends no signals, gives no trading advice and promises no outcomes.

For an IB or forex affiliate who sells inside Telegram, our recommendation is to start with the broker check and the bot, because those two close the gap where most leads are lost, and let the CRM and the tracking fill in from the same cards. The IB CRM guide covers the record side in depth.

Key takeaways

  • Forex IB software covers what the broker cannot see: the ad, the conversation, the follow-up and the record.
  • The broker's IB portal is the only place a deposit is a fact, so the IB's tools should read it, never write to it.
  • Telegram's Bot API supports invite links that need admin approval, which keeps a VIP group closed until the deposit is confirmed.
  • Scalegram is the Telegram CRM for IBs and forex affiliates: one bot answers and verifies, client cards store no messages, and deposits are reported to Meta, TikTok and Snapchat server side.

Frequently asked questions

What software does a forex IB need?

A forex IB needs a way to answer leads, a CRM to record them, ad tracking that reaches the deposit, and read access to the broker's IB portal; Scalegram covers the first three on Telegram and reads the portal over a read-only API.

Is an IB CRM the same as a broker CRM?

No. A broker CRM is the broker's back office, where the IB is a referral code; an IB CRM records the IB's own leads, conversations, sources and stages, and checks deposits against the broker's records.

Can IB software confirm a deposit automatically?

Yes, if the broker offers API access to the IB portal. Scalegram looks the lead's email up in the broker's records mid-conversation over a read-only key and answers from what it finds, not from a screenshot.

How much does Scalegram cost for an IB?

Scalegram Lite is $99 a month with one bot, one Telegram account and 10,000 clients, and the full Scalegram plan is $999 a month with unlimited bots, accounts and clients; every feature is on both plans.

Put one bot on your own Telegram

Scalegram answers every lead in the language it arrived in, checks the deposit against the broker's own records, opens the paid group and files the client. Lite starts at $99 a month.
