A Telegram CRM for a team should let a setter or a partner work your leads without ever holding your Telegram login. Give someone the phone and code and they have every chat on the account, your partner IBs and your family included. Scalegram is the Telegram CRM for IBs and forex affiliates: an AI bot under its own name does the setter's work, your personal account is connected read-only, and teammates sign in to Scalegram on their own seat.
The usual story goes like this. Leads start arriving faster than one person can answer, so the owner hires a setter in another time zone and sends them the login code. Two months later the setter leaves, and nobody is sure which devices still have the account open. The rest of this article is about avoiding that week.
Why sharing the Telegram login is the wrong fix
Telegram was built for one person on many devices. Its FAQ says you can use Telegram "on all your devices at the same time", and your messages sync across any number of phones, tablets or computers. That is convenient for you. It also means a teammate who logs in with your number gets the same thing you have, with every chat synced to their device.
The login is the whole account. A setter who should only see new leads also sees the broker manager, the partner IB who sends you clients, and the chat with your accountant.
The cleanup tools exist, but they work after the fact. The same Telegram FAQ tells you to go to Settings > Devices (or Privacy & Security > Active Sessions) and terminate a session you no longer trust, and to turn on Two-Step Verification so that "you will need both an SMS code and a password to log in." Do both today if anyone else has ever logged in to your account. Then stop handing it out.
What a Telegram CRM team actually needs
Strip it down and a small IB team needs four things from its tools:
- Every lead answered fast, including at 3 a.m. in a language nobody on the team speaks.
- One shared record per client: stage, tags, notes, which broker, whether a deposit is confirmed.
- A way for a human to step in on the hard conversations without taking over the whole account.
- The owner keeping the final word on money decisions, such as a discount or a payout.
Notice that the first item is most of what a setter is hired for. Pasting the broker link, asking for the account number, chasing someone who went quiet. If software does that part, the team you need is smaller, and the access question gets easier because fewer people need access at all. We wrote about that trade in replacing the setter and closer with a Telegram AI.
How Scalegram handles a team
Scalegram splits the work so that nobody needs your Telegram login.
The bot takes the first touch
Leads from your ads and your channel reach an AI bot with its own name on Telegram, running on your own Grok, OpenAI or DeepSeek key. It answers in the language the message arrived in, from the product knowledge, saved replies, pictures, PDFs and cloned voice you gave it. It decides whether the person is ready, sends your broker link and asks for the email or account number. Then it checks that against the broker's IB portal or the prop firm CRM over a read-only API, approves the join request to the paid group when the records say yes, and files UID, email, broker and deposit on the client card. Whoever went quiet gets a follow-up written fresh from where that conversation stopped.
Humans step in where it matters
When a conversation gets hard, the bot hands it to a human and mutes itself. The Chats tab shows every bot conversation live, so whoever is on shift can see what was said before they reply. Every outgoing message is checked before it is sent: API keys, the bot's own instructions and any email or account number the conversation cannot account for are removed, so one client never receives another's details.
The owner keeps the last word
Ask Me checkpoints stop the flow at the one or two moments you choose, such as a payout or a stranger claiming a funded account, and wait for a yes or no tap in your own Telegram. The rest completes without anyone watching. See how Ask Me checkpoints work.
Your personal account stays yours
Your personal account connects once with phone and code, 2FA supported. The connection is read-only: no bulk sending, no drip campaigns, no automation of your account. Scalegram imports your contacts and everyone who ever wrote to you into client cards with stages from New to Churned, tags and private notes. No message is stored; there is no message table in the product. The session is encrypted at rest and never displayed again, and disconnecting from Telegram's own Devices screen kills access instantly.
Seats
A seat is a Scalegram login for one person. Scalegram Lite at $99 a month includes one seat. The full Scalegram plan at $999 a month has unlimited seats, along with unlimited bots, accounts, pages, links and clients. Every feature is on every plan; only the counts change. The Lite vs full comparison covers when the extra seats are worth it, and current prices are on the pricing section.
One limit, stated plainly: Scalegram's published product description lists seats as a count, and it does not describe per-seat roles or per-chat permission switches. If your team needs a written permission matrix for each member, check the tools below.
How other Telegram CRMs handle teams
Two tracked rivals publish more detail on team controls than Scalegram does, and that is a fair point in their favor.
Entergram's team inbox page describes a free Owner slot plus Basic seats at €29 and Pro seats at €39, and three roles: Member, Admin and Owner. Each person only sees chats from the Telegram accounts they connected themselves, while the team shares columns, tags, comments, tickets and an activity log. Its home page says that for a shared inbox, a second person connects the same Telegram account on their own seat, and that "2FA stays with the account owner."
CRMChat sells a Team plan for outreach teams. Its pricing page lists $49 per seat per month on monthly billing, or $34 billed yearly, with the first Telegram account connection free and $10 a month for each one after. Its workspace guide says team members "will only have access to the data within the workspaces they are invited to."
| Scalegram | Entergram | CRMChat | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Team model | One seat on Lite, unlimited on the full plan | Owner slot plus paid seats, Member/Admin/Owner roles (Entergram) | Per-seat Team plan, access by workspace (CRMChat) |
| Who answers new leads | An AI bot under its own name, in the lead's language | Team members from connected Telegram accounts | Team plan described as "CRM and outreach tools built for collaborative sales teams" (CRMChat) |
| Personal account connection | Read-only, stores no messages, no bulk sending | Several people can connect the same account (Entergram) | First connection free, then $10 a month each (CRMChat) |
| Best fit | An IB or affiliate who wants fewer humans in the chat | A support or sales team working shared inboxes by hand | A team running outreach campaigns |
Which setup fits your team
If five people answer Telegram all day by hand and you need to control exactly what each of them can export or see, Entergram's role model is built for that. If your team's job is cold outreach, CRMChat's Team plan is aimed at it.
If you are an IB or forex affiliate with one or two helpers, the better question is how many of them need to be in the chat at all. Let the Scalegram bot answer, qualify, check the deposit and open the group. Keep a human for the conversations the bot hands over, and keep the money decisions on your own phone. Nobody gets your login. The Telegram CRM guide covers the client list side in more detail, and how it works shows the flow.

The safest login to share is the one nobody needs. Let the bot do the setter's work and keep your Telegram account in your own hands.

Frequently asked questions
How do I give my team access to Telegram leads without sharing my account?
Use a Telegram CRM where each person has their own login and the leads are answered by a bot or a connected account they never sign in to. In Scalegram, an AI bot under its own name answers leads, your personal account is connected read-only, and teammates use their own Scalegram seat.
Is it safe to share a Telegram login with a setter?
It gives the setter every chat on the account, and Telegram allows logins on many devices at once, so access spreads. If you have done it, end their session under Settings > Devices and turn on Two-Step Verification.
How many seats does Scalegram include?
Scalegram Lite at $99 a month includes one seat; the full Scalegram plan at $999 a month has unlimited seats, bots, accounts and clients.
What is the best Telegram CRM for a team?
It depends on who does the talking. For an IB or forex affiliate who wants a bot to answer, verify deposits and open the paid group, Scalegram fits; for a large team answering by hand with per-member roles, Entergram publishes a Member, Admin and Owner model.
Put one bot on your own Telegram
Scalegram answers every lead in the language it arrived in, checks the deposit against the broker's own records, opens the paid group and files the client. Lite starts at $99 a month.
